The patent reveals a comprehensive universality for fluid machines serving different purposes. The scope of the invention relates to hull integrated propulsion systems, #resship, to rotary wing aircraft, to wind turbines, as well as to water turbines. The embodiment in Fig. 28 shows the propulsion system for a large container ship consisting of four turbines with a new type of rotary wing kinematics. The propulsion system is shielded by a symmetrical stub wing having an entrance for the flow on the pressure side. A flow guide within the wing stub ensures that the morphing blade profiles of the rotor are impinged by a counter flow. The surrounding outer shell shields the rotor from the external flow caused by the ship's cruising speed, so that there is no undesirable overlap between the cruising and circulating speeds. By introducing a counter flow system the creation of rotational flow within the inner shell of the stub wing is prevented, and further more negative influence of the rotor blades impingement caused by the vessel's traveling speed can be excluded. An exit opening for the flow is provided at the suction side of the wing stub. The suction sides of the asymmetric wing profiles are variable, having two reversing points, that are aligned on a diameter perpendicular to the direction of travel and can be turned within a circle of 360 degrees within a matter seconds in order to stir the ship in an other direction. The container ship has a hull-integrated propulsion system in which four propulsion units are integrated into a drive channel extending from the bow to the stern of the ship.
